For the sixth edition of Feast & Friends, DD Mau is thrilled to welcome Chupito—Vancouver's Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar—for a one-night-only collaboration celebrating the flavours of Vietnam and Mexico.
Joining us is Head Chef Maria Ponce, whose thoughtful approach to modern Mexican cuisine highlights both tradition and seasonality. Behind the bar, Tara Davies, recipient of Vancouver Magazine's 2025 Bartender of the Year, alongside Erick Vazquez, will lead Chupito's acclaimed cocktail program, creating an exclusive lineup of cocktails inspired by Vietnamese ingredients and flavours to pair with the evening's tasting menu.
Together, our teams have created an experience that celebrates what Feast & Friends is all about—bringing talented chefs and bartenders together to share ideas, push creative boundaries, and build community through food and drink.
Guests will enjoy a five-course collaborative tasting menu, with each course showcasing the unique perspectives of DD Mau and Chupito while exploring the connections between Vietnamese and Mexican cuisine.
